What is your shipping policy?

YEAR-ROUND VIA FEDEX

With our Standard Shipping option, orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped Monday through Friday each week. Orders usually arrive within 1-7 business days to most U.S. locations. Standard Shipping is available to locations within the continental U.S.

WARM WEATHER SHIPPING

During the warmer months of May-September, your order will be built with insulated packaging and ice packs at no extra charge, regardless of how many ice packs are needed to keep your treats cool. There is a standard processing time of at least 1-3 business days on all orders.

Though we take great care in packing our candy for warm weather, we do not ship on Fridays to avoid melting over the weekend. Orders placed Thursday-Sunday will be processed promptly but will not ship until the following week.

What is your return policy?

We’re very sorry, but given the perishable nature of our products, all food items are final sale and nonrefundable. If you are concerned about the quality of your treats, please contact our team at stsimonssweets@yahoo.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Are all your products available online?

Our sweet selection of items varies between our online and retail stores. If you're looking for a specific item that's not available online, reach out to us Monday-Friday during business hours of 10am-5pm EST at 912.638.0150 or email us at stsimonssweets@yahoo.com.
